5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

• Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items without original packaging or accessories

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
